Ans.
The pie-chart shows various sources of the USA electricity in 1980. In that year the U.S.A generated electricity in different ways. Almost half of the U.S.A electricity was generated in 1980 through the use of fossil fuels like coal. natural gas, oil. 46% of the U.S.A electricity was generated in 1980 through the use of coal. 24% of the electricity was generated by using natural gas. On the contrary.only 12% of the U.S.A electricity was generated through the use of oil. Water was also used to generate electricity in the United States of America in 1980. 16% of the U.S.A electricity was generated by using hydro-electric power. Nuclear power was also used to generate electricity in the United States of America. But only 2% of the U.S.A electricity was generated in 1980 by using nuclear power. It is clear to us that more electricity of the United States of America was generated in 1980 by using coal. So, the USA depends mostly on coal for generating electricity.

ShaikhSadi was a great poet. He used to put on simple dress. Once he took shelter in the house of a nobleman. The nobleman could not recognize him and treated him as an ordinary man.
Without disclosing identity, the great poet left the house in the next morning. The nobleman did not know who he was though he knew about the greatness and name and fame of ShaikhSa’di. After a couple of months.ShaikhSa’di came to the same house to spend a night on the way back home from the court. But he was then dressed in royal suit. When he reached the nobleman’s house, he was accorded warm reception. The nobleman entertained him in a different manner. He treated the poet as a great man though he was still unknown about his identity.
“Why am I respected in this manner?” thought the poet. He understood that the dress that he wore was the root cause of the variation of entertainment. So he wanted to teach the nobleman a good lesson.
The poet took the foods given him to eat and began to put them into his pocket. The noble man and all his companions became surprised at this. “What are you doing, sir?’ asked the nobleman. “These foods are made for my dress,” replied the poet. The nobleman understood his fault and sought pardon from the royal guest.

Dear James,
Have my love. I am in receipt of your 6th instant letter in which you have wanted to know about Bangladeshi food. Now I am giving you a pen picture of this.
Bangladesh is an agro-based country of South Asia where rice and fish are available. Rice is our staple food. It is said that we are ‘machebhateBangalee’ who possess ponds abundant with fish, shed full of cows and granary full of rice. Bangladesh is a country of rivers abundant with fishes of various species. We eat panthabhat with hilsa as well. There are a lot of herbal foods in our country. These foods come from different vegetables and fruits. Hence these are natural foods. We raise livestock and eat their meat cooking usually and on some occasions. We mainly take three square meals daily. During breakfast city dwellers generally eat bread, fried egg, fried vegetables.
biscuits, tea etc. But the villagers at the same time mainly eat panthabhat to which you are introduced in one of my former letters. The villagers can enjoy fresh vegetables that is almost impossible for the town people. Now the town people are bending to the fast food that is common in your country. A large amount of our people nowadays eatbiriani, polao and the like. Khai, muri and chira are well known to our village people. A little portion of our people is bending to Thai and Chinese restaurant at present. Infact the worldwide influence of globalisation has already began to level the uneven food habit across the world. But we Bangalee havebeen forwarding so long with food and food habit that originated with our age-old and prestigious culture.
I am putting an ending mark here. Hope you all are hale and hearty in your family.
Your friend
Rabi
